Disable remote access to VM?

Hi, I'm working on a PRO self-hosted V20. Is there a way on V18 or V20, to disable all users from accessing voicemail remotely? Does removing PIN Authentication stop remote access, or open it right up?

You could disable dialing extensions from IVRs. That would stop them from being able to get to voicemail from the outside, but that obviously has other repercussions.
