I've got a number of Snom D735 phones, all connected via sbc to 3CX.
There is a contact list on the PBX, which shows up in the directory on the phones. Some time recently (I believe a little bit after upgrading it to v20, but I'm not sure on the exact timing) all the entries on the phones got duplicated. I've confirmed this applies to all of the phones on this install.
I've updated firmware, then tried a factory reset and re provision on one of the handsets, and it pulled duplicate contacts again.
It's weird, I didn't see this happen on any of our other 3CX instances with Snom phones, just this one.
Anyone else run into something like this with Snom phones?
