Solved Edit DDI name in v20.

Hello. I'm struggling to edit a DDI name in v20. I've tried deleting it and reassigning it, but the original name of the ddi keeps appearing. Any suggestions please?

Go to user 302 and where the DID is assigned, you will see a little pencil icon, click this and edit the name
