Error 50020

We get a APNS PUSH error on calls to mobile devices (Android and iPhone) with error code 50020

Failed to send APNS PUSH to device iPhone 13 Pro (Ext.2001). The 3CX tenant is up-to-date. How can we fix this asap?
Customer can't call.

Fixed, was a IPv6 issue.

Can you be more specific? I have the same issue, but unsure where to start with IPv6 on my system. Thank you.

It was a problem with de VPS hosting, a wrong IPv6 was binded to the VM. After turning the machine off and starting it again the correct IP was given and the push service worked fine again. Not a 3CX issue in this case.
