Solved Error changing phone logo

I have a client who wants the logo on her phones to be the company logo. First she only had a Pro lic so I upgraded her to Ent. Too easy. Now I get an error "Only following characters in filename are allowed: a-z 0-9 _" when I try to Select Logo for this phone under phone provisioning. The name of the file is 1.PNG so the only character that is not allowed is the . but I tried removing the .PNG from the file name just for fun and obviously the system doesn't recognize the file type after that.

I resized the logo to 480x272x24 already and am guessing that's not the problem since that's not the error I'm getting. Any ideas?

Try changing the suffix to lowercase i.e. png
