Hello,

After successfully setting up and activating the 3CX - Hubspot integration per the 3CX guide, I attempted to test a known-in-Hubspot phone number. I have tried multiple numbers and some fail with same results and others work but don't show contact information (only company name). I have tried the numbers with and without the hyphens--no difference. The test fails with the following information: "CRM Integration is working OK but contact number does not exist. Check log for more info or try a different number."

Call journaling is enabled, but contact creation is disabled.

Here is the log entry:

Hello Ben,

Please check this part of the guide:
https://www.3cx.com/docs/hubspot-pbx-crm-integration/#h.rqhrtoh952xo

To get a match with Hubspot, the incoming Caller ID must be identical to the CRM entry, including any prefix, as Hubspot performs whole number lookups. Querying Hubspot using a subset of the digits, does not return any data.

So, ensure that the number you're searching is stored in Hubspot exactly as you're entering it in the query.
