Extension Numbers

We have many systems out there and one of the features our clients like is being able to group departments by extension numbers. Sales extensions are 150-159 Order extensions are 130-139 General office extensions are 100-109. If a client tries to add a sales extension 3CX automatically assigns the new extension as 110. This should be a 15X extension. We need the ability to choose extension number

IIRC that’s expected behavior in the web admin…try the management portal if you’re not on StartUP.

You can do so from the management console if you are running a dedicated or Hosted PBX but not from the web client.
