External WebCamera not working in a video meeting

Dear support representative,

We are encountering strange issue since last week - our external usb webcam not showing up in video web conference (black screen). It is showing up only in self test mode. We've tried all supported browsers - no difference. We've tried different PC - no difference. Camera is working correctly with all other video meeting platforms with no problem. If i connect same camera to MacOS it is working correctly. Any ideas or same experience?

Problem solved by disabling hardware acceleration in Google Chrome - maybe some incompatibility issue...
