Facebook on 3CX is not working

Im configuring Facebook on 3CX. When i try to set callback URL i receive the following error:
The callback URL or verify token couldn't be validated. Please verify the provided information or try again later.


Can anyone help me please?

What about the confirmation token? Make sure the verification token you are using is valid and has not expired. If you have the opportunity, get a new token and try using it.
Sometimes the problem may be related to the security settings of your Facebook or 3CX application. Make sure you give your app the necessary permissions to use the callback URL and verification token.
