Fanvil i10sv no Video in LAN

Hello!
I have a srange problem. I have a new i10sv and it work fine exept the Video, i wasn't able to get it running.
Now I have tried it form Home (over the Firewall and over VPN) and both worked.

In the log from the i10sv comes "E/mscore | no such method on filter FHVideoCapture, fid=16392 method index=4"
in the LAN it comes all the call-time, from extern it comes 5-6times then the Video ist displayed.

any ideas why?
