Fanvil PnP adoption not upgrading to 3CX custom firmware, need help on how to make pnp work. Right now I have to login admin/admin then adopt on 3cx console.

I'm not sure I understood the exact situation. Is the device not able to provision via PnP at all meaning that you have to manually import the provisioning link to the Phone's UI?

Are you only perhaps having issues with upgrading the firmware? If yes, what do you mean by "3CX custom firmware"? Are you not referring to the 3CX Supported firmware: https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/
Let us know the exact version you are trying to upgrade to and what the current firmware version is.

What do you mean manually update the phones? Are you talking about the firmware or provisioning? If firmware, which firmware are you currently running and which firmware are you trying to upgrade to?
