We have 6 Fanvil V64 phones. One of which is the router and the other connect through it. We are getting occasional "Trunk-SBC 'Fanvil V64' has changed status to up". The calls are dropping. The user with the router phone says when she picks up the receiver sometimes when the phone is ringing it doesn't answer the phone. We are a 3CX Hosted site. Any suggestions on trying to figure out what is going on. I'm not even sure if I should be looking at the phone or the network. BTW: Our router is a Unifi UDM Pro if that helps.

Any tips would be appreciated

You should start with networking monitoring. You need to ensure that you have a stable connection to <your 3CX fqdn>. Alerts that the SBC trunk keeps coming up means it's dropping - which is going to be responsible for dropped calls.

So setup a laptop and even a basic continuous ping of your FQDN should give you info. When the router phone triggers and alert - did you lose connection to the FQDN? At the same time have a continuous ping to the internet - maybe 8.8.8.8. And another continuous ping to your internal router - maybe 192.168.1.1. What drops will tell you where the issue is and you can start focusing on that.

Drops the router? It's a local issue.
Drops the internet? - Call your ISP.
Drops just the 3CX FQDN? Support ticket to 3CX time.

Are you using Wifi on the SBC Fanvil? If so I would switch to Ethernet cable

As i can see from the information of the specific machine, there was indeed an SBC re-registration and status change but this occurred at 10/06/2023. However at that date i can also see that the public ip of the remote location was also changed. Have you checked whether the router is rebooted at that time/date?
