Fanvil V65 Support?

This model is listed as a supported model in the 3CX Fanvil page but has no listing in the 3CX required FW page that I could find.

Using 3CX hosted behind a SBC. 3CX recognizes it but the address is listed as 127.0.0.1 (It has a correct network address assigned via dhcp).

It will not allow me to create or assign an extension. If I click the blue add phone button it allows me to choose an extension then prompts for a phone model. The V62, V63 and V64 are listed but not the V65 model. Check for update says I am up to date. Since the support is kind of new for this model, is there a way to get 3CX to automatically recognize it for plug and play provisioning?

Kindly note that Fanvil V65 is supported from V18 Update 5.

Thank you. I updated the hosted instance to the latest 18.0 Update 5 (Build 410). Had to step through a couple of alphas and a couple of betas. First glance on the phone provisioning screen, it looks like that fixed it.

How close to being recommended for production use is this version? Now or would you anticipate days, weeks, months until you recommend that?

Kindly note that Fanvil V65 is supported from V18 Update 5.

What about Fanvil V63? I do not see it as a choice from the pulldown menu in adding new phones.
