Fanvil V65, V64 router phone losing connection

Hi Guys,
after provisioning V65 or V64 as a router phone, sometimes they stop working and we have to reset the phone to factory defaults and reprovision the phone again. I'm not sure why that happening so often and driving us crazy. Any ideas?
