Fanvil X210-V2 and V65 SBC limits

Hi can any one tell me how many phones can hang off Fanvil X210-V2 and Fanvil V65's SBC?

this page https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/ say's they are the recommended router phones as they have better processors but I can not find any mention of limits?

Only limits I can find are for all the other phones which are up to 10.

that is an old post, 3CX have only added the bit about "recommended router phones as they have better processors" in the last few months. So i was wondering if some more testing has been done and the X210 and V65 can handle more then 10?

(I'm working on a proposal for a school so trying to keep costs down for them, Schools in NZ get a bad deal with funding)

about "recommended router phones as they have better processors" ,I think this means that the X210 and V65 are being compared with phones like the X1SP, not that the X210 or V65 has added a new processor.
I speculate that the number 10 mentioned in the post is also the result of systematic testing. If it exceeds 10, it may lead to some issues.

Hi, if you have a lot of deskphones are they all able to be a router phone ? if so,why not being their own sbc for each .
If this is not the case, couldn't it be more reliable to install a real computer to act as a SBC for all deskphones?

For sure if i was you , i won't go for more than 10 phones on a router phone.

10 phones is the recommended limit. This hasnt changed.

You should also keep in mind the number of BLFs on the other phones as this also requires continuous processing back to the PBX. I use the X5U for a total of 5 phones. I recently did a project that required 10 Fanvil X4U and I went with a Raspberry for the SBC to ensure performance due the to the number of BLFs on the X4Us.

I did a project with 9 X3Us with X6U for the router phone.

This is just what I do and I always consider the number BLFs.
