We have a customer who has Starlink as their internet provider. Apparently Starlink is in normal mode and NOT bypass mode.
On the network is a Fanvil X4u v2 acting as a router phone and a Yealink W53H DECT phone.
The network is served by an 8 port Ubiquiti lite layer 2 managed switch and for some reason the Fanvil phone will not auto provision and therefore neither will the DECT phone. They dont register even when manually configuring the phones, which makes me think the issue is with the switch.
Has anyone else experienced issues with this type of managed switch, or is there something in the switch configuration itself that needs changing or turning on?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
