Fanvil x4uv2-x6uv2 volume issues

Has anyone had any volume issues with Fanvil x4uv2-x6uv2 on 3CX v20?

I have 2 users (both in their 70s) complaining of volume issues on their desk phones. Has anyone had an issue such as this lately?

Regarding volume, you can adjust the volume level, microphone gain, and other parameters in this interface.
