FanvilV62 Phones

There are 4 fanvi62 phones. The phones were configured a couple of weeks ago and were working fine. Once we brought the phones to the client location to configure there, the phones stopped working after 24 hours. Now we can only make 1 phone work at a remote location since we brought it back to our office. How do we make it so that these phones can be used remote office? Is there a VPN needed or do we have to make one of these phones be on the network at the client location and then configure the rest to connect to that one phone? Let me know. Thanks

Hi @1Stop, what is the firmware in the phones? are each one configured as router phone? also what is the firewall checker result in the pbx?

Hello, I am a technical support engineer from Fanvil. Could you please provide a syslog in debug mode after the device encounters an issue? This will help me analyze the root cause of the problem.
I recommend designating one device as an SBC route phone in the customer's environment and having other devices connect to that specific device.

The phone that we have back in our office is not working currently for me to access. Will try to get it to turn on to do so.

In terms of SBC, I tried following the guide given by 3cx, but the SBC after adding it into our console continues to show up as a red circle. Is there a reasoning why?

If a phone has old firmware setting it up as a router phone may fail and could blacklist the phone’s IP.

We are unable to update the phones, it gives us the option to, but will not actually update.
