feature request: activate quality surveillance globally

Hi!

i have a feature request. Please add a funktion that i can globally activate a quality surveillance for all my users.

there is a 3cx with quality problemś and with 30users. it is not clear when exactly the issue is present nor the user. The most calls are fine. So i had to activate the surveillance at any single user.
Now i need a chiropratic for curing my mouse clicking finger ....

Can you add a fuction button in the users section of the admin console to activate in a global way? It would be very kind of you !

1. will grafana be nessesary to watch this dashbord or is it implemented in the 3cx?
2. will the surveillance be enabled by default to use this feature or still manually activated? (my thought: will it impact the nessesary machine power?)
3. is the function able to alarm if calls reach a bad threshold?

A mention that V20-U7 for editions that support data export towards Grafana will be getting a call quality monitoring dashboard.

Unlocked the thread, should have noticed it was locked.

The feature is under development so things are fluid and no exact timeframe or system requirements exist as yet. Given this, at this time:

1. Grafana will be necessary, free tier/local will do.
2. Can't say about "default" but it should have minimal impact on system load.
3. Grafana has build in alert capabilities that can be tied to these metrics.
