Solved Firefox no video or screen sharing

In the last couple of weeks we have been having problems with Firefox in webmeeting. Not sure if its related to updates, currently on 87 and its not working. There is no video or screen sharing. Anyone else having problems?

Could you please share your 3CX details like Version, OS & Platform (Cloud or On-premises). If it is possible, share the screenshot of your Issue for more understanding.

When you say there is no video or screen sharing, could you explain what you mean or better yet, attach a screen shot?
