Forcing external WebMeeting / Webinar Participants when joining webmeeting

Hi

Is there a way to require participants to enter a name when joining a webmeeting instead of being able to just leave it as Guest. haven't 40 people on a webinar all called guest and asking questions is not ideal.

Also ability to edit the name in conference would be advantageous if forcing a name when logging in isn't possible.

It will be a pro license deployment when implemented.

In previous versions of the PBX > Webclient, during meeting creation, if you added a participant's e-mail manually, this user's name would be always by default 'Guest'.

In V16 SP1, this has been changed so that if you for example invite this e-mail: '[email protected]', the name for this user is no longer 'Guest', but 'johngreg'.

Changing names inside WebMeeting is something we'd like to eventually.

Due to the nature of my customer, the meeting link is sent out by email instead of by meeting invite, after creating the webmeeting as the recipients are move comfortable with emails then meeting requests.

Changing the name of the recipient in the webmeeting on the fly would be a welcome addition, as would removing the guest option and requiring a name to be entered.
