Hi,
I'm new here and I hope this is the right place to post my issue...
I've received today an e-mail from 3CX asking me to change my FQDN settings to make my experience with webmeetings better.

Please see its content below:

Hi Alexandre,

3CX WebMeeting is undergoing many changes to make your remote working experience even greater.

For you to benefit from the exciting new features in store, it is important that you make a small change to your FQDN settings.

Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Go to the 3CX Management Console > Settings > Parameter
  2. Locate Parameter "WEBMEETING_FQDN"
  3. Change the value from <my_domain>-ecom.elastix.net to <my_domain>-ecom.3cx.net
Once done restart all 3CX Services to take effect.

Enjoy the new features!

Regards,
The 3CX Team

I have done this procedure but when I try to make a webconference, it gives me a tshoot webpage following below:
https://www.3cx.com/user-manual/video-conferencing/troubleshoot/

I can´t see any logs that solve my issue and it's probably a server misconfiguration on 3CX side...
Could you guys help me with it? If you need more information just let me know...

Thanks a lot!

Hi @Alexandre_Abramson

I had my team check and they reported that for whatever reason the portal was not migrated. They have done so right now. Could you be so kind and restart once more your services. After this, you should be able to get in your personal meeting room within the 3CX WebClient or generate new meeting links.

Hi Stefan,

I can confirm after restart all services the new FQDN is working right now.

Thanks for your help and support!

Cheers!
