Solved freshdesk rest aPI

Hi i have created before an APi CFD with the freshdesk and 3cx v16.

but right now. i recreated the same APi. but with the different freshdesk account and it doesn't work. we just updated to v18 in 3cx.

i downloaded the latest version of 3cx CFD.



here is the basic sum of it. just to test the session so i made it twice

I did a CFD but was using the V18 version which isn't compatible with V16 3CX. Once I used the correct version of CFD it worked OK. Maybe check you are building under the correct version
