Hello Everyone
i m provisioning GDS3710 with 3cx system which is hosted on 3cx's own platform .i can dial from web client (my extension ) to GDS but when i press the bell icon it just gives up with 3 beeps.i have programed bell icon to dial my extension number .it did work a few times but not sure why it is not stable.i have PCMU the only codec that i allowed on GDS side.and when i try to call from web client my call always work and go through ..no problems.and for some reason on dashboard it says unsupported phone.

May I suggest you begin by downgrading your firmware to match our supported version 1.0.7.8, you can download the firmware here: https://www.3cx.com/support/phone-firmwares/

Once done, retest by adding a speed dial to the device and let me know if the problem persists.
