Unsupported grandstream WP820 support needed

Hi

I have hosted v18 version + local SBC running - i realize this phone is not supported in regular templates however it popped up seamlessly no problem and is shown as available devices (screen shot attached)
i cannot add it to extension thou and only reject it - thou any recommendation or tutorial on how to integrate this phone ?
template to upload OR from the grandtream SIP setup may be.

Configure it manually. But be aware, Wi-Fi voice is flacky at best.

Also, Grandstream has a template for it but it's an FXS one, which requires re-upload after every 3CX update.
