Unsupported GXP 2170 custom template

I did two changes in the grandstream template that 3cx has. Initially the grandstream phone has two lines that are the extension. I made a change to make it only have one and the phone works fine. However, I did one more small change so that Live Dial is enabled. However, this setting will not be applied yet the first change is. Is there a reason for this?

Live Dial is just the auto-dial after the timeout.

Also, I would not remove the two lines as it will FOR SURE cause issues at some point. There's a reason that there's 2 line keys, and not only 1, and they are hardcoded.

Mmm well that stinks. They shouldn't have given us the ability to edit templates if it causes issues then :/
