Help to connect my 3cx on mobile to 3cx phone system

I need your help to configure my 3cx android to get an extension on my 3cx phone system , but please step by step coz I'm a new with this system

If you want to use a 3CX Client for Android, iOS or Windows you have to upgrade your Phone System to v15.5 SP6.

3CX v11 and clients are not supported anymore.

I just want to tell you that I couldn't update my system can you please explain to me how can I update it ?

when I try to update the system I got this message "the Http server cannot be reached . please check the connection to the web server "

sorry for the silly question but does the upgrade effect the configuration or the license , I'm affraid to lost everything when I done that can you please answer me specially the lic because I don't have the lic anymore ,I'm not the one who configure it and I don't have any Idea where the lic is ?

Not sure exactly where but you should be able to find the licence details if you look into the system. I think it was in settings. Once you find it write the details down and continue with the upgrade procedure.
Remember that you need to have an active maintenance to be able to activate your licence on the latest version
