Solved How long does it take for the test Whatsapp number to become a production number

The business is verified. However, even after a week, the whatsapp number is still showing as a test number. Also, the verification to complete the "Official Business Account" is still not an available option. Is there a support number for Meta? It looks like they don't have a support infrastructure in place. Help documents are not very useful since many of the options discussed are greyed out in the developer site. I added the facebook integration but did not find an option to add the Whatspp number to facebook page.

Hello, Geevee,
Meta doesn't provide production numbers for WhatsApp. Number, that you see after app is created -- this is test-only number.
You should add your own production number (any number, where you can receive call or sms to verify) by click "Add phone number" (we described it in our guide https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/whatsapp-integration/).

The challenge is that I do not see an option to add my own phone number. The overview screenshot and the increase limit screen shots are as below. When I click on Increase Limits button, the popup states that business verification is complete. In the next paragraph, it states that I can add my phone number. However, I don't see any option to do that. Hope someone can help.

Go here https://developers.facebook.com, open My Apps and click on the app.
In left sidebar click "WhatsApp" -> "Getting started". There you can find "Add phone number" button.

Thanks. I have done this. Waiting for the status for the phone number status from Pending to Approved.

The Business Display Name is approved. The status changed from Pending Review to Pending. I now have to download the certificate and do additional steps to confirm the number. However, I cannot download the certificate since I am not a FB Solution Provider. Is there a workaround here? Thanks for your guidance.

It takes a few days for the production number to be confirmed by FB. Now things are all working. There is no need to download the certificate.
