How to add a Grandstream HT802 in v20.

I opened my account in v20. I have attempted to add a Grandstream HT802 but I end up getting nowhere. See the screenshots below. Notice the greyed out are in screenshot 2. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If this is a cloud PBX, you need to have a SBC running already.

It is cloud. Do I need to have a SBC if it's just for home use?

Doesnt matter where you or for what you use the 3cx. If its in the cloud, you need an sbc or routerphone.
