Solved How to assign the PNP phone to be a hotdesk phone?

There is no hot desk option available when assigning a PnP phone.
If I manually add the hot-desking phone using the MAC address, it shows as offline. Even after rebooting and factory reset the phone, it still does not work.

I figured it out. The problem is that the certificate has expired.
