How to diagnose the Webmeeting app on iPhone

Hello;

If anyone of you have the same issue on iPhone Webmeeting app when I tried to join a meeting?

1) installed the Webmeeting app, done.
2) Schedule a webmeeting
3) open the webmeeting link from email
4) Bring up the Safari on iPhone
5) Click "Open" to start
6) Trigger the 3CX Webmeeting app
7) Try to authenticate but it close the app immediately

How can I diagnose the problem, where to start, tried to reinstall the app already.

This is a known issue, a fix has been developed and is in beta.
