how to disable webmeeting ? (really I mean)

Hi,

one client ask us to desactivate the webmeeting service in 3cx. I saw that, in extension settings, we can uncheck "Allow user to organize 3CX Webmeeting Video Conferences".

When we do this, in webclient, user cannot join webmeeting but can still organize one and schedule one! Then he can just join as normal participant...

Some idea to prevent user to do this ?


ps : for thoses who find strange that client want to disable webmeeting for users, its because they recently pay another system for webmeeting and they don't want to allow users to use 2 differents webmeeting system.

it appears to but when you save the meeting, then it will be rejected as the user has no permissions.
But why do they pay for another system and use this over the build-in capability in 3CX?

ok ty for your answer, I understand better, even if its not very convenient to always have theses options displayed in webclient...

In fact its a question of timing, they bought the others system before only for webmeeting, and now we sell them 3cx for mostly phones (physical and softphones)
