How to hide Ring group name in call history and show phone number

Good Morning All,

I am currently using SMB Free. When receiving a call, the phone displays the ring group name with the caller's number below it. However, when attempting to call back from the call history, it only shows the ring group name, not the caller's number.

Is there a way to configure it so that the call history displays the caller's number instead? We are using Yealink T54W phones.
