How to transfer to Speed Dial on Android App?

I have created CFD "survey.Main" and use Speed Dial for my Agent to transfer customer to satisfaction survey. Agent who use Windows app can transfer to speed dial with no problem but in Android App.

Could you please advice me how to use Android and iOS app to transfer customer to speed dial?
