Huawei Incoming call display as "unknown caller ID"

Hello,

I have people that use Huawei Watch GT2 or GT3 or GT4, that does receive call from 3CX but display name are always showing : "unknown caller" even is contact is correctly set.
On 3CX app (Android phone Mate 20 Pro, Samsung S9) the name is correctly displayed.
Btw, notification is working correctly

To be able to receive incoming call on watch, it's needed to enable : Support car/Bluetooth (API Telecom) without it enable, incoming call doesn't work.
Btw, in a car, the caller ID is working (displayed on radio car)

I did test Fitbit watches with 3CX on Mate 20 Pro and Samsung, and caller ID is displayed.

Phone: Huawei Mate 20 Pro or Samsung S9
Firmware: EMUI 12

Watches : Huawei GT2 / 3 / 4

3CX Version: 18.0 Update 2 (Build307)
3CX Mobile Version: 20.0.0.32 (but same happen on older version)
Mobile Network: LTE & Wifi
Server Network: The mobile app in connecting using FQND from Public network

I can see in 3CX log :

So effectively, URI looks correct !

It seems to be the issue I'm having.

I did try ACR Phone by configuring the SIP account on it and call is displayed correctly on watches (Number and contact name).
So it can work.

Is it something that can evolve in the future ?
I can confirm ACR Phone connected as a SIP client to 3CX receive call that as current display name working on watches, on radio (car) etc.
