Hi, my issue may looks simple, however didn't find any clue to solve this anywhere.
We operate plenty of SDAs: they are typically used for different sales/support teams on our different products (that do not share customer bases) and also legal, HR...
I want to activate the Hubspot CRM Server Side integration for one of my product team (and thus a list of our SDAs)
But i don't want ALL incoming calls on ALL our SDAs to be looked up nor synced with Hubspot.
Is there a way to "filter" the list of SDA, queues... that are subject to Hubspot sync?
Thanks in advance
BR

No, you can only enable or disable the call journaling and lookup. There's no filters unless you try creating your own HubSpot template.

"[...] unless you try creating your own HubSpot template"
Sounds like there is a way whatever the effort required.
I guess the SkipIf directive in the <request> tag may allow to position adhoc conditions.
Is there a documentation on the syntax of CRM templates including a listing of variables i can handle (all the properties of "contact" object for example) ?
This raises another question: may I activate several CRM integration at the same time? One for Zendesk (which i would filter on some SDAs), one for Hubspot that i would filter on other SDAs)
Best

Good and no you can't have more than 1 at a time. Even in 1 template.

Also, please note that during contact lookup you only have the [Number] variable. You don't know to which extension the call will be sent at this point. So you can't skip the lookup based on that. You can skip call journaling, but not the lookup.
