HubSpot integration - New API?

Hey 3CX,

HubSpot recently released their new V3 API which is much better and also allows fulltext search for phone numbers.

Are you going to implement it in a new template version? It would work much better. Also, we could now have the option to search Companies then Contacts, just like Zoho or Salesforce.

Right now, it only searches contacts.

Thanks for your feedback. This API is still in developer preview. We were already testing this 5 months ago when we were part of a closed beta of the API, obtaining good results, but we need this to become available to all users in order to push a template using this API.

So, quite sure we will be improving this template as soon as this is finally released.

It would be really nice if we could have the next integration like the Salesforce one where you can match the calls to a user via the extension. I'm sure there's a way in the V3.

Obviously, the ability to send a recording link/file would be greatly appreciated! All CRMs (or almost) supports it! You just need some sort of unique public link for the recording file or something like that. We do it manually at the moment and the matching is a pain!
