Hi
Has anyone integrated Hubspot OK?
I have tried following the 3CX guide but this seems out of date as what I see on the hubspot site is slightly different.
If I follow as close as I can it seesm to authorise OK but when I try a test I get the message:-

Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=Forbidden - Reason=Forbidden - Content={"status":"error","message":"This app hasn't been granted all required scopes to make this call. Read more about required scopes here: https://developers.hubspot.com/scopes.","correlationId":"483fd4bd-ba45-4c2a-b4ca-53eebca0232a","errors":[{"message":"One or more of the following scopes are required.","context":{"requiredScopes":["e-commerce","contacts","crm.objects.custom.read","crm.objects.custom.write","tickets"]}}],"links":{"scopes":"https://developers.hubspot.com/scopes"},"category":"MISSING_SCOPES"}

Any help appreciated!

Many thanks

Probably you did the authorization with the wrong Hubspot account.

As explained in the guide, you need to create an application in Hubspot, using a developer account. Then you will have 2 accounts: your normal account and your developer account.

When you click the Authorize button in the 3CX console, you will be prompted to select the account you want to use. You need to use your normal account there, and not the developer account.

It seems that you're selecting your developer account there, so when you want to use the normal account, there are missing scopes (no permissions granted for that account).

Let me know if you need more help. We use HubSpot with 3CX. It works flawlessly for us.

Thanks

Looks like we are connected now.
The only issue is the customer has phone numbers in all sorts of formats and as Hubspot needs an exact match I am not sure it's going to detect many numbers!

Cheers

You will probably need to run some kind of script to normalize all those numbers, removing any non-numeric character.

DM me, I have a basic script I can give you. It does the first 100 but you can have some fun making it run batches for bigger amounts of contacts and enterprises.
