I integrated Facebook with 3CX, but I don't see messages in the chats option

I integrated Facebook with 3CX, and the messages I sent via Messenger do appear in reports/chat logs, but I don't see them in the chats option.

Additionally, in the event log, I have the following error:

Level:Warning
Event ID:30045
Date and Time:26/06/2024 15:54
Details:Unable to parse message from provider Facebook.
Error: Cannot find valid routing for incoming Facebook message to number: 334887603048511

¿how can I fix it?

Did you manage to resolve the issue?
Also, is there any more info in your logs in the System service of the system?
