i make calls other side cant here me

i tried making a call to someone i heard them but they didnt hear me.

i tried call my self from another cell phone just heard static and the phone i answered with 3cx just echoed my voice

not sure what problem is

Make? Model? Service provider? Signal strength at time of call? Data speed (3g?)

All affect the use of the device per call.

My advice on tweaking the settings, is get it working over a WiFi hotspot first. You can start with the same one that the 3CX PBX is working on. Then move onto a "remote" hotspot, then, if all of the previous works well, try it over 3G.

I can register over 3G just fine, i can dial, and a phone rings, but I can't get audio to work in both directions. I put that down to my provider as over wifi, it's great.

i have a sprint htc hero i have 3g on my cell phone.

i have a virtual pbx from lylix that i logged into to make calls

my provider is voip.ms for voip so not sure what to do

I'd be very surprised if you didn't. I thought that wifi was a given on all new smartphones.
