Import contacts from salesforce automatically to 3CX

Hi,

we would like to import our Salesforce contacts to 3CX.

We have the salesforce integration, so when known numbers call the contact in Salesforce opens automatically. But many people in our organization do not use Salesforce. For them we would like to show the names of the caller in the display.

Unfortunately the 3CS phonebook only allows to import 1000 contacts at a time. Also the 3CX client becomes very slow when too many contacts are in the phonebook.

Do you have any solution to show the caller names of our salesforce database in the 3CX client/ on the phone display?

You need to add them to 3CX Contacts. You can import them in batches from a CSV exported from Salesforce.

Yes, we did that before. Unfortunately it is very inconvenient to import only 1000 contacts at a time. We have over 40000 contacts and performance of 3CX is not very good with this number.

Is it possible to increase the batch size so that we dont have to import 40 times?

No, there is no way to change that.
