Inbound calls without the country code

Hi,
I hope someone can help.
I have a simple 3CX SMB setup with Twilio as one of the Trunk providers.
I have a UK number from Twilio which works perfectly when calling it from the UK, aside from the fact that the country code has to be included, something a domestic caller would not do.
Someone calling a UK number from inside the UK would naturally leave out the country code and would not thing to include it.

Is there anything I can do so callers dialling my UK number from within the UK do not have to include the country code.
Much appreciated.

Hi Bardellm1,

You can do it by going to your trunk settings then -> Options tab then expand the option -> Reformat Incoming or outgoing caller ID) then you can configure the patterns for the inbound calls by following the CIF reformatting guide, just make sure to follow the steps of the guide and check out the scenarios mentioned in the article to understand how does it work.

Just to clarify (I don't have a Twilio SIP trunk to test this): if someone calls the Twilio number without a country code the call does not reach the 3CX? It is not shown in any 3CX log? What does the caller hear?

Thanks for your replies.
This seems to be working now - a combination of having each number setup as a Trunk (as opposed to underlying DDIs), and configuring patterns for the inbound calls (as suggested above).
Before the changes, calling the number without the country code did nothing - no tone, no ringing, no error message, nothing - so I thought it might be an issue with Twilio rather than 3CX, but apparantly not.
Thanks again for your help.
