Inbound SMS

Hi, having inbound SMS issue(outbound works fine). SIP provider shows incoming/inbound messages being sent our 3CX instance using your SMS webhook(screenshot below).



SMS SIP trunk is routed to an extension, but no chat coming in.




No logs on Activity logsas well as Event logs . any help would be appreciated.

Is the provider giving you a SIP trunk with an 04 main number? Usually hey are given as 07, 02, 03, 08 number. So you would be getting the SMS on the 07 number for example.
