I have a problem with incoming calls in the Android app.
On incoming calls it identifies the number but, in the popup window it does not show the name of the contact that is registered in the Android address book. Only the name appears when the call is answered. It also appears in the call history.
I attach images of the incoming call and the history.
With this operation, I can only know who is calling after picking up, and would need to know before picking up.
I have tested, and if the contact is registered with the PBX it does show the name in the popup.
It only happens on Android, on another phone it does show the name while ringing.
I can't add the numbers to the central, as I sync them with another app.
I would like to know what I should change in the settings so that the incoming call takes the name from the Android phonebook.
I need a solution to be able to use the PBX.
