Incoming calls intercepted by default phone app

Hi,

I have a strange behavior on one of my phones, if someone is calling me on 3CX, the default notification popup appears 2 seconds, then a second one is hovering it, generated by the default phone app, with the same both actions (answer, hung up).

If I answer the call, the communication is established in the default phone app !

The same thing occurred after reinstalling and reprovisionning the. 3CX android app.
The same thing occurred after installing another phone application (Orange Phone) and setting it as default.

Do you know where this behavior was set in the OS ?

Check the client Settings / Advanced and toggle the "Telecom API" option, see if it solves the problem.

Nothing has changed by toggling this option.

Please install this version and let us know if the issue resolved as we made some changes to Telecom API logic

Thank you for your feedback, we have made a test with 18.1.3.128 and it still the same.

FYI, the issue comes from the fact that our user has checked the option "Ring my mobile simultaneously" thinking that this was made to enable ringing on the Android 3CX app (that was not working maybe due to OS battery optimization).

This option should be renamed to something more understandable like «Transfer incoming calls to mobile number simultaneously».

To have the two clients - GSM and SIP - (ringing) on the same device for the same extension it's a misconfiguration.
