Incoming number report

All the reports I have found only list how external calls come in as Queue or IVR, not the actual number. I have multiple phone numbers that go to the same Queues and IVR.

So is there a report that tells me what phone number that call actually came in on?

Hi Andrew, if you have multiple DIDs then you can set inbound rules for each one an configure a Name for the inbound rule of each DID.

So you can generate a call report and you will see the name of the inbound rule




In this way you can know the calls received on DID 1, 2, 3, 4.

You can also use the Trunk/DID report to see the actual numbers and the count of calls.

what about situation when DID is assigned directly to extension number and i need to get report who calls on that DID ? i mean detailed report about incoming calls?

Do a call details report on the extension. Filter by external calls.
