Incorrect Extension Provisions from 365

The operator extension is 0001. My extension is 1004. However 365 is telling or 3CX thinks it is, saying that my extension is 0001 despite my extension in Azure being 1004. I've been in every place I can think of where this information lives so understand why 3CX or 365 is syncing extension 0001.

Regarding the user sync from 365 to 3cx, please note that there is no place to actually specify an extension number to sync to 3cx with from 365, you can only specify from which 3cx extension number to start from, under the 3cx management console > Settings> Microsft 365 > user sync tab> 'Set starting extension number from'.
