One of our costumers uses a bunch of Snoms (D717 and D785) as hotdesking phones. The phones are running on firmware 10.1.175.0 (after the keep-ringing-bug in 10.1.169) and show the following, sporadic problem: After dialing via buttons there is a massive input-delay until the number appears on the display. The problem ist s reproducable by "stressing" the phone (pick up the phone and hang it up a few times).
We assume that the number-guessing function (QuickLookUp) of the phones causes this problem. By disabling the function manually in the webinterface of the phone the problem disappears. The costumer has around 400 contacts in the global adress book, so the causality sounds conclusive to me. Sadly the configuration ist overritten at the next reboot/reprovisioning of the phone since in the default-templates of the used phones this option is activated. I can't use a default-template - this is not applicaple for hotdesking-phones.
Has anyone else experienced this as well or am I on the wrong track?
