Integration Salesforce Error

Hi,

My client try to connect 3CX with salesforce, but when I try to test follow this message error:

Server returned a non successful status code - HTTPStatusCode=BadRequest - Reason=Bad Request - Content={"error":"invalid_grant","error_description":"authentication failure"}

Where is fail grant, Salesforce or 3Cx?

Salesforce is returning that error. And that means that you provided wrong credentials or security token.

Please note tha the Salesforce integration works with the production environment. If you try to use a test sandbox, you will get this error, even if you provide the right credentials. That's because our template targets the production endpoint. If this is your case, you will need to edit the template provided.
