IP blacklisted

Hi,
I got a smb hosted by 3cx and due to unsuccessful logins my main IP got blacklisted.
Is there any way to unblock it?

Please note that we can only unblock the blacklist via a ticket to the 3Cx Technical Support.
If this is not possible you will need to wait for 24 hours to get unblocked and in the meantime to access from a different public ip.
